Chase - 930 North Military Trail - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check in clients and schedule meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while conforming to policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and collaboration with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs while adhering to bank procedures
