Position Summary

The Senior Corporate Finance Analyst is a highly visible role supporting strategic finance initiatives across capital markets, corporate finance, treasury, and enterprise planning. The position is ideal for an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate looking to leverage strong analytical and financial modeling skills in a principal investing environment with significantly broader exposure than traditional banking.

Rather than focusing solely on transactions, this role provides ownership of complex financial analysis supporting capital allocation, financing strategy, liquidity management, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation. The analyst will partner closely with executive leadership, lenders, institutional investors, and external advisors on initiatives that directly influence the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated integrated financial models supporting corporate planning, capital allocation, liquidity forecasting, debt capacity, covenant compliance, and long-term business planning.
• Support execution of capital markets transactions including secured financings, structured debt facilities, warehouse facilities, and other institutional financing strategies.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financing alternatives, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives through detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning.
• Partner with Treasury to optimize liquidity, capital deployment, and cash forecasting across the enterprise.
• Develop presentations and financial analyses for executive leadership, Board meetings, lenders, rating agencies, and institutional investors.
• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyze portfolio performance and key operating metrics to identify opportunities for capital optimization and improved financial performance.
• Assist with debt portfolio management, lender reporting, covenant monitoring, and financing compliance.
• Develop financial dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI analyses that improve executive decision making.
• Participate in strategic projects involving acquisitions, capital structure optimization, portfolio growth, and enterprise-wide financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Investment Banking, Infrastructure Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Project Finance, Capital Markets, or Private Equity.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex three-statement operating models, valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and transaction models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, debt markets, capital structure, valuation, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience preparing investment memoranda, lender presentations, Board materials, or financing analyses.
• Outstanding proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• A collaborative mindset with the desire to move from advisory into an ownership platform where long-term value creation is the primary objective.
• Experience covering real estate, infrastructure, industrials, utilities, transportation, energy, digital infrastructure, or other asset-intensive sectors is highly desirable.
