Location:
West Palm Beach (Monday-Friday in office, 8-5pm)

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst:• Support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, working capital, and cash flow performance
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business decision-support tools
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and financial performance summaries
• Partner with business leaders to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Support reporting automation, KPI development, and data quality initiatives
Qualifications for the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets
