Head of US ETF Investments

BMO Financial seeks a Head of US ETF Investments to lead strategy, portfolio management, and growth of its US ETF platform. This leader will oversee ETF portfolio construction, risk management, and performance while driving innovation and competitive positioning. The role partners closely with distribution, product, and marketing teams, and engages key institutional and retail clients, regulators, and market makers. You will build and mentor a high-performing investment team, champion BMO's inclusive, customer-focused culture, and contribute to long-term business and community impact.
