Position Overview - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders. This role includes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members to support each child's individualized treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established plans of care
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and plans of care
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and supervision as required
- Maintain compliance with state licensure and company policies
