Mental Health Therapist (Spanish)- S.A.F.E. Kids
Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide office-based outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This program serves clients with significant trauma histories and complex mental health needs, including individuals impacted by sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other forms of high trauma.
In addition to direct clinical services, this role includes community outreach and crisis intervention, supporting individuals and families during acute mental health needs and strengthening access to care within the community. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and experienced in working with high-acuity populations.
This is a Monday–Friday position providing services in-office and via telehealth within a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

Your RoleProvide individual, family, group, and couples therapy in an office-based outpatient setting, delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health treatment to clients with high clinical needs. The therapist will provide crisis intervention services as indicated, participate in community outreach and engagement to increase awareness of services and strengthen referral networks, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
This role also involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, ethical, and client-centered care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish), required
- Experience working with trauma-exposed populations strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practice
