- Perform investigations of foodborne illness complaints, sanitary nuisances, and unlicensed facility operations
- Review plans and blueprints for food service establishments, mobile home parks, and other regulated facilities
- Document findings and generate inspection reports with clear conclusions and recommendations
- Maintain confidential health and environmental data in compliance with FDOH security policies
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies and provide testimony at administrative hearings
