What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the spa and its staff.
- Promote teamwork and motivation through daily communication.
- Respond promptly to guests’ needs and follow up.
- Hire, plan, schedule, and organize staff to ensure proper coverage.
- Guide new employees through orientation and ensure paperwork completion.
- Manage and monitor spa attendants.
- Oversee inventory, including purchasing, maintaining retail and back‑bar products, and monthly reporting.
- Manage the spa budget, payroll, and labor costs.
- Ensure adherence to standards such as Forbes, Preferred, and AAA.
- Provide training and tools for staff to perform daily tasks.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement internal training.
- Design and formulate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Schedule and organize staff treatment rooms for coverage and optimal use.
- Serve as the contact for all spa parties and groups.
$90,000 – $100,000
