Hotel Shuttle Driver – a crucial role in welcoming and transporting guests throughout their stay.

• Provide warm, memorable welcomes to guests as they arrive and throughout their stay.
• Assist with vehicle boarding, opening doors, and handling luggage.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Offer recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, and points of interest.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the shuttle, reporting any issues to management.
• Assist guests in arranging alternative transportation when needed.
• Collaborate with lobby attendants to keep the entrance area organized and ensure each guest experiences personalized service.

• Minimum one year in a customer‑service role with extensive guest interaction; hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no infractions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal communication and an outgoing, engaging personality.
• Comfortable standing and running to retrieve vehicles throughout a full shift.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
