Oversee day-to-day activities and assignments of the Banquets staff and supervise the Banquet Service team to ensure Belgrove Resort standards are met;
Provide guidance, instruction, and follow-up with Banquet Houseperson staff regarding care and maintenance of the facility and equipment;
Inspect all function rooms prior to service to ensure readiness and report discrepancies to Engineering;
Develop and mentor Banquet staff to improve performance and uphold standards;
Communicate with clients to ensure guest satisfaction and participate in relevant meetings (BEO, F&B)
