Description:

The Outdoor Operations Supervisor oversees daily poolside F&B and recreation operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and operational efficiency. This role leads the outdoor team, coordinates staffing and activities, maintains high presentation standards, and supports a seamless resort experience.

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, and performance support.
• Previous experience overseeing daily operations and leading a team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of guest service, food & beverage operations, and outdoor recreation.

• Ability to coordinate staffing, assign responsibilities, and manage changing business demands.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintaining a hands-on presence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related education preferred
