You will be responsible for assisting Room Attendants, maintaining pristine corridors and service areas, stocking linen closets, and delivering requested items with speed and care. Through your proactive support, physical efficiency, and attention to detail, you ensure our housekeeping team operates smoothly while upholding the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a genuine commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience. By consistently maintaining Marriott and The Ben's standards of cleanliness and professionalism, you contribute directly to team efficiency, guest satisfaction, and the overall success of the hotel.

** Responsibilities*
* + Conduct routine inspections of assigned floors and public areas at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are maintained.

+ Clean and maintain hotel public spaces, including hallways, elevators, stairwells, service areas, and other designated locations, following established cleanliness, safety, and security standards.

+ Remove trash, soiled linens, terry, newspapers, and room service trays from guest floors and service areas, transporting materials to designated disposal or laundry locations.

+ Stock linen closets, supply rooms, and housekeeping carts to maintain established par levels and support efficient departmental operations.

+ Assist Room Attendants with operational needs, including delivering bed boards, rollaway beds, cribs, and other housekeeping equipment.
