,we’relooking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter to help source, engage, and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants into temporary and permanent roles nationwide.

You’llwork closely with recruiters and account managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strongearningand growth potential.

• Recruit and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants nationwide
• Source candidates using Linked In, job boards, databases, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with account managers to meet client staffing needs
• Maintainaccuratedata and documentation in internal systems

• Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
• Organized, accountable, and reliable
• Coachable with a strong work ethic
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong sourcing and internet research skills
• Experience using Linked In and professional networking platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft/Google tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven history of achieving performance goals
