Bilingual HR Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for a company in West Palm Beach, FL. If you are someone who is a self-starter with at least three years of HR experience, this could be the perfect job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, orientation, and HR administrative data entry
- Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
- Help design practice and procedures for staff
Experience:
- At least 3 years of HR administrative experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability
- Sharepoint experience
- Self-starter, willing to take initiative
Work Type:
- Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 8am-5pm
- Onsite
- Compensation: $23-24/hr
