At Dycom, as a Manager IT Audit, you’ll provide support and oversight for the IT Audit team, assist with the development and execution of compliance, policies, and procedures, and manage resources for the execution of the IT SOX Compliance program.

• Obtain an understanding of the company’s IT processes to support with the development, planning and execution of IT related Internal Audits and IT operational audits, as required by internal and external risk assessments
• Prepare and/or review audit planning documentation, including Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) and detailed test plans
• Perform risk analysis, prepare process maps and flowcharts, and develop test plans
• Oversee and perform detailed IT audit reports to ensure quality, accurate communication of results, and the development of actionable recommendations for management
• Act as a liaison for assigned IT SOX controls, managing the execution of control testing and ensuring compliance with the annual IT SOX audit plan
• Assist with the preparation of the annual IT audit plan and the effective allocation of team resources
• Proactively identify and recommend IT process improvements and internal control enhancements across the organization
• Ensure effective integration of Sarbanes-Oxley related internal control testing with the substantive and operational control audit program

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of IT audit experience with 3 years of management experience with an accounting firm, consulting firm or a publicly traded company
• Demonstrated understanding of ITGC SOX compliance
• Demonstrated Understanding of the COSO and NIST framework
• Interpersonal skills;
  Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, and leaders throughout the organization
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation, upgrade, or post‑implementation review preferred, including an understanding of security and controls within the ERP environment

• Routinely:
  Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
• Occasionally:
  Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
