Reports to: Technical Program Manager

QA Analyst

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Onsite)

Team: Engineering

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced QA Analyst who combines precision, persistence, and product intuition. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every release meets a high standard of quality—starting at the requirements and ending in production.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and project leadership to identify gaps early, validate expected behavior, and uncover what others might miss. You’ll think like a customer, test like an engineer, and take ownership of product quality from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate product requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test plans
  • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
  • Uncover edge cases and usability issues not captured in specs
  • Log defects clearly and efficiently to support fast resolution
  • Partner with engineering, product, and project teams during planning and delivery
  • Own the QA process across your assigned scope—from kickoff through deployment
  • Recommend improvements to test strategy, coverage, and tooling
What You Bring
  • Strong QA foundation with experience testing web-based & iOS applications
  • Proven attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear, concise communication and documentation skills
  • Confidence to raise concerns and advocate for quality
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Familiarity with QA workflows and tools like Jira and Zephyr
Nice to Have
  • Development experience or Computer Science degree
  • VSCode, Python, Open Ai/Claude integration
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar tools
  • Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks
  • Familiarity with analytics or event tracking systems
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern release workflows
Why Join Us

You’ll play a key role in how we scale product quality and protect the customer experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing QA culture, help shape best practices, and grow into a senior or specialized quality leadership role.
