Social Media Strategist

The Social Media Strategist is the architect of our digital brand presence. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between creative execution and business objectives. You will develop long-term roadmaps, analyze performance data to pivot creative direction, and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital conversations. This is a high-level strategic role requiring a deep understanding of data storytelling and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic

    Roadmap:

    Develop and oversee the long-term social media roadmap across all platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.) to ensure sustainable brand growth.
  • Data Storytelling & Reporting:
    Conduct weekly performance audits and use data-driven insights to refine our creative approach and maximize ROI.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    Execute deep-dive competitive analysis and sentiment tracking to ensure the brand leads industry conversations rather than following them.
  • Paid & Organic Synergy:
    Collaborate closely with media buying teams to ensure organic content and paid advertising campaigns are working in harmony toward unified goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of full-time social media strategy experience (excluding internships).
  • Portfolio: A proven track record and portfolio showcasing full-funnel strategies, campaign case studies, and measurable results.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Expert-level proficiency in native platform analytics and third-party tools such as Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, or similar.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to articulate the "why" behind specific content choices, such as hook duration and platform-specific formatting.
