SNI Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to act as the key link between business teams and technical teams. In this role, you will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and help translate operational needs into effective technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support application development, process improvements, and internal projects.

Requirements Documentation/Gathering:
- Partner with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather and define business and functional requirements in project/planning meetings
- Analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions
- Create clear documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD's), functional specifications, process flows, and use cases
- Support project teams by clarifying requirements, managing changes, and helping ensure solutions meet business needs
- Serve as a point of contact between business stakeholders and technical staff, facilitating clear communication, project progress and shared understanding.
- Assist with validation, user feedback, and continuous improvement after implementation
- Identify gaps between delivered solutions and stated requirements and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams.
- Gather feedback from users and recommend enhancements or process refinements following deployment.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on requirements gathering and process documentation
- Background supporting application development or IT projects preferred
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to create process diagrams and workflow models using tools like Microsoft Visio
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment
