Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead the strategy, discovery, and lifecycle management of enterprise data products. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, preferably with prior experience as a data engineer or technical analyst (data pipelines, API design, ETL, etc.), and has transitioned into product management. This role focuses on product discovery, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for enterprise data products.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Lead product discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate product concepts.
• Translate business requirements into clear product features in partnership with engineering and architecture teams.
• Prioritize product features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy within products.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and ROI.
• Manage product budgets and contribute to forecasting and resource planning.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and collateral (case studies, one-pagers).
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing data-centric products through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong technical understanding of data pipelines, APIs, ETL processes, and data architecture.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in an analytical or technical field.
• Background in data engineering or technical analysis before moving into product.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Understanding of data warehousing and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong product discovery and user research skills.
