• Architects, designs, engineers, implements, administers, configures, supports, monitors, troubleshoot and maintains enterprise applications within Office 365, Azure and the Atlassian Suite
• Acts as business analyst and project manager working with different departments to understand their needs, gather and translate their business requirements
• Becomes the champion of the assigned enterprise programs or technologies by being the go‑to person for any new implementations and/or improvements following industry best practices
• Manages multiple projects keeping stakeholders updated and working on action items and setting deadlines
• Promotes user adoption of internal enterprise applications
• Provides usage metrics and analyze return of investment of enterprise applications
• Creates workflow and collaboration solutions
• Works with end users to collect and analyze business requirements and implement solutions
• Provides production support and maintenance for assigned systems
• Ensures quality by testing solutions for proper operation with minimal defects
• Creates and executes project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
• Follows change control processes and maintenance plans
• Keeps enterprise applications to the latest updates
• Writes documentation and assists on business proposals
• Develops custom applications and APIs integrations
• Automate repetitive tasks using Power Shell or C# and streamline processes
• On call 24/7

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. (Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.)
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Individuals working for DSS or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access.

Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

• Ability to architect, design, engineer, implement, administer, configure, support, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise applications

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; capable of writing proposals or papers, acting as a vendor liaison and making presentations to internal customers or professional peers
• Ability to automate processes and manage priorities effectively to achieve optimal results
• Ability to develop technical specifications and interpret business requirements
• Solid understanding of database administration
• Windows Server administration
• Expert knowledge in Office 365 administration and Azure administration
• Solid understanding of all Office 365 E3 features
• Expert knowledge in SharePoint Server
• Proficient as a SharePoint Developer
• Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and DNS
• Ability to build Power Shell scripts
• Proficient with Azure Dev Ops (VSTS) and GIT
• Familiar with Dev Ops and Software Lifecyle management
• Expert knowledge developing custom application and APIs using Programming Language C# or similar
• Ability to generate reports using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS or similar.

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or similar Enterprise Application Certification
• PMP
• Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD)

• Five-plus years of MS Windows Server Administration
• Five-plus years architecting, designing, engineering, implementing, administering, configuring, supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications such as SharePoint for more than 500 users
• Five-plus years of developing custom applications using C#
• Three-plus years of Office 365 and Azure Administration
• Three-plus years of experience working with SQL Server or any other Database system
• Seven-plus years of MS Windows Server Administration
• Seven-plus years architecting, designing, engineering, implementing, administering, configuring, supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications such as SharePoint for more than 500 users
• Seven-plus years of developing custom applications using C#
