General Requirements

• Candidates must be reliable and able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, as instructed, consistently, without a day of
• Extended weekday and weekend hours may be required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook, MS Excel) and Data Entry skills are required
• Candidates must be quick learners, paying close attention to detail. Training will be provided
• This is a physical position IT position and techs must be able to lift 35-pound election equipment throughout the day

Technical Requirements

• CompTIA A+ Certification or minimum 2 years experience in a help desk environment
• Must have basic understanding of LAN and WiFi technologies
• Must have basic understanding of laser printing technology
• Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues and provide step by step solutions
