Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Configure and manage:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Lifecycle Management
- User Provisioning and Deprovisioning
- Access Governance and Certifications
- Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and LDAP.
- Develop and maintain Okta workflows and automation.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Support compliance, audit, and access review requirements.
- Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
- 3–7+ years of IAM experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Okta.
- Knowledge of:
- SAML
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SCIM
- LDAP/Active Directory
- Experience with RBAC, JML (Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver) processes, and access governance.
- Scripting skills (Power Shell, Python, or JavaScript) preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Okta Certified Professional
- Okta Certified Administrator
- Okta Certified Consultant
- Security+ or CISSP (preferred)
