Technical Project Manager (Fin Tech Engineering Leadership)

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Fin Tech initiatives from requirements to production. Own sprint execution, delivery timelines, risk management, and release readiness. Actively monitor sprint boards, stand-ups, and ticket progress to remove blockers. Partner with engineers and tech leads on architecture, solutioning, and implementation plans. Translate stakeholder needs into detailed, well-scoped technical requirements. Ensure ticket clarity, acceptance criteria quality, and edge-case coverage.

Oversee staging environments, QA cycles, and production release approvals. Identify bugs, coordinate fixes, and validate business logic prior to release. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement discussions. Present delivery updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
