Empath Health seeks a tech-savvy, customer-service-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach.

• Responsible for EMR (HCHB) user support of clinical applications.
• Respond to incoming service tickets, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
• Serve as a help desk resource for staff using EMR and related clinical applications, ensuring timely and accurate problem resolution.
• Assist with diversified projects in support of activities and operations of the EMR and Business Applications Departments.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of help desk or patient care environment experience, preferably with hospice and home health billing.
• Proficient with general office procedures including Outlook email and calendar.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and systems preferred.
• Strong data extraction and presentation skills for tables, graphs, slides, and reports.
• Experience with EMR required (Home Care Home Base preferred).
