Marketing Technology Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor, maintain, and manage the health of our core SaaS applications and tech stack.
• Ensure integrations run smoothly, data flows correctly, and system uptime is optimized.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues.
• Thoroughly document user feedback, reproduce and triage bug reports, and run quality assurance (QA) testing on fixes before they go live.
• Handle incoming requests to modify or expand our software capabilities.
• Assist in evaluating, implementing, and embedding practical AI tools into our existing technical architecture.

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working within a marketing technology (Mar Tech), operations, or SaaS software administration environment.
• Foundational experience configuring and administering common business and marketing tools (e.g., CRMs like Hub Spot, project management tools like Asana/Airtable, and communication platforms).
• Proven ability to clearly document technical processes, write step‑by‑step reproduction steps for bugs, and conduct structured testing.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong interest in learning how to technically implement and configure AI prompts, agents, or workflows into business systems.

Demonstrates expertise in managing and optimizing SaaS applications and tech stacks, with a strong focus on system uptime, integration, and user feedback documentation. Proficient in evaluating and implementing AI tools within business systems.
