Data Analyst

We are seeking Data Analyst to help transform business data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization. This role will work closely with teams throughout the business to develop reports, build dashboards, automate manual processes, and identify trends that improve operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
• Develop and improve automated reporting processes
• Work with large datasets to support business decision-making
• Investigate data discrepancies and improve data quality
• Create ad hoc reports and analytics for leadership teams
• Support ongoing reporting and business intelligence initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Strong Excel skills including reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or operational business systems
• Experience supporting finance, operations, accounting, or business reporting functions
