• Integrate various data-driven platforms using applications such as Zapier and Make
• Develop and manage custom API integrations
• Oversee data reporting platforms, including Tap Clicks and Google Data Studio
• Provide research-based solutions regarding updates to reporting platforms and AI utilization
• Implement tracking scripts on websites and landing pages
• Manage CRM systems and client account setups
• Automate lead delivery from various platforms into client CRM accounts
• Design automated workflows for customized lead pipelines
• Lead weekly department meetings and interdepartmental meetings to drive efficiency and problem-solving
• Participate in client-facing meetings, providing automation and integration solutions to clients' challenges
• Manage Live Chat platform and support Live Chat team

• Minimum 2 years of Data Visualization experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Expertise in data integration and API development
• Strong knowledge of Zapier and/or Make
• Proficiency in data reporting and visualization platforms such as Tap Clicks, Tableu, and Google Data Studio
• Familiarity with website tracking scripts
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bonus experience (not required): DNS Management, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, public speaking
