Field Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, networking, MDM, and Service Now
.

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, upgrade, and replace IT equipment
• Support conference room technology, AV equipment, and collaboration tools
• Provide white-glove support to executive/VIP users
• Handle incidents and service requests within SLA requirements
• Support new-hire onboarding, technology transitions, rollouts, and migrations
• Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, tracking, and Service Now CMDB documentation
• Coordinate equipment staging, imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation
• Collaborate with remote support teams, vendors, and other IT groups
• Provide coverage across multiple facilities as needed
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, or technical support
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
• MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune or Air Watch
• Desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities

Education: Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
