A prominent insurance firm located in West Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service for Medigap products. In this role, you will work with existing clients to ensure they have the best health care plans available, update internal CRM systems, and collaborate on various special projects. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred, and must obtain a Life/Health Insurance license within 30 days.

Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are highly desirable.
