Real Estate Attorney

Location: Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa

Experience: 2–3 years

• Represent developers, investors, lenders, and corporate clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, joint venture documents, and financing instruments
• Assist with due diligence, title and survey review, and coordination of transaction closings
• Support large-scale acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, and development projects
• Work closely with partners and clients to structure strategic real estate solutions across diverse asset classes

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in good standing for the applicable office location (or ability to waive in)
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions within a law firm environment
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-service mindset
