Join a high-powered legal team where your courtroom skills are valued and rewarded! We are recruiting for a Florida-barred Litigation Attorney with trial experience in personal injury law.

This is an exciting opportunity to litigate complex cases, including:

• Catastrophic Injuries
• Slip and Falls
• Medical Malpractice
• National Mass Tort Claims

• Manage personal injury cases from filing to verdict in state and federal court
• Conduct and respond to discovery
• Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
• Attend court hearings and mediations
• Prepare for jury trials
  
  File post-trial motions and participate in trial clinics
• Collaborate with legal support staff and litigation team

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 1-5 years of Plaintiff PI litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
• Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus
