Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on federal, state, and international tax implications of corporate transactions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and investment structures
- Conduct tax research and prepare memoranda, opinions, and planning documents
- Assist in the representation of clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities
- Draft and review corporate, partnership, and cross-border tax provisions in transactional documents
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients to develop strategic, tax‑efficient solutions for complex business matters
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- 2–3 years of experience in federal, state, and/or international tax within a law firm environment
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- LLM in Taxation preferred but not required
