What We Need
  • Update all internal and external client tracking systems with sales dates and the status of the case
  • Update client with necessary updates and communicate with client for documents needed.
  • Prepare everything necessary to ensure a property goes to sale and ensure court has all necessary document to proceed including any necessary fees associated with the sale
  • Complete workflow and ensure tasks are timely completed
  • Coordinate hearings and correspond with courts regarding necessary hearings and obtain coverage for hearings
  • Correspond with courts and newspaper regarding publications for upcoming sale
  • Perform client requests on time sensitive matters
