The West Palm Beach Business Litigation practice group seeks an experienced paralegal to work on state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Typical responsibilities include document and discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, and trial/hearing support and attendance. Business litigation experience required. BS/BA from an accredited college required and a Paralegal certificate is preferred.
