We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our legal team in preparing legal documents, managing calendars, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, be detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Details Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process a wide range of legal documents including court pleadings, correspondence, and agreements.
  • Manage complex calendars, plan meetings, schedule appointments, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and compile information for the preparation of cases.
  • Maintain organized case files and manage case documentation, including the review and analysis of materials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials.
  • Assist with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits, and trial binders.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys such as answering phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and calendaring.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal document formatting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
