A respected and growing law firm in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Estate Planner to join its private wealth and advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts, and high-net-worth client services who is looking for long-term growth within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning, including drafting and execution of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Develop tax-efficient strategies for the orderly transfer of wealth and asset protection
• Assist with trust administration and probate matters (experience a plus)
• Work with high-net-worth individuals and families on complex wealth transfer planning
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to align planning with client goals
• Conduct client meetings, maintain strong relationships, and provide responsive, practical counsel

• 5+ years of estate planning experience
• LL.M. in Taxation, Estate Planning, or related field required
• Strong background in wills, trusts, and wealth transfer strategies
• Experience with trust and estate administration is a strong plus
• Exposure to high-net-worth client matters preferred
• Excellent legal writing, research, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a varied client portfolio with attention to detail
