We’re Hiring:
Legal Assistant – Complex Litigation (Onsite – West Palm Beach, FL)
My client, a well-established law firm in West Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their Litigation team.
🔹 Support attorneys through all stages of litigation
🔹 Draft, proofread, and e-file pleadings in State & Federal courts
🔹 Manage case files, calendaring, billing, and trial prep
🔹 Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing legal environment
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of litigation experience, strong technical skills, and a Florida Notary commission.
This is a 36.25-hour/week position with a firm known for its collaborative culture and long-standing community presence.
