A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its West Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate practice supporting attorneys on a broad range of residential and commercial real estate transactions
, from contract through closing.

The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing 25–30 real estate closings simultaneously
, supporting transactional matters from initial contract through post-closing, and ensuring all files are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Handle residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to closing
- Order and review title, lien searches, surveys, estoppels, and zoning reports
- Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures and closing statements
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the transaction
- Prepare and coordinate closing logistics, funding, and disbursements
- Issue title policies and manage post-closing requirements
- Manage e-recordings and ensure proper recording procedures
- Draft and review real estate transactional documents, including:
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Deeds, affidavits, and closing documents
- Loan documents, including promissory notes and mortgages
- Order and review due diligence materials, including environmental, zoning, and title reports
- Review and abstract leases
- Track critical contract dates and ensure deadlines are met
- Review title commitments and exceptions
- Identify encroachments, violations, and title issues
- Communicate findings and assist attorneys in resolving title matters
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a real estate paralegal within a law firm environment
- Experience handling residential and commercial closings independently
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law, title, and closing procedures
- Experience with title insurance, surveys, and due diligence review
- Proficiency with Soft Pro or similar closing software strongly preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Paralegal training with significant real estate law experience
