The Parts Counter Person provides the direct interface with the retail customer or with the service department technician to sell the needed parts and accessories in a courteous and timely fashion.

Parts Manager

• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick‑up.
• Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received.
• Source all parts that are being requested per Recon Trac.
• Process parts invoices and PO’s.
• Communicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested.
• Properly estimate parts with three different available options.
• Any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Parts Manager.

• Parts sourcing.
• Follow up on part requests.
• Parts tracking.
• Parts invoicing and Purchase Orders.
• Great communication within all departments.

8-hour shift with weekend availability.
