Job Description:

Operational Enablement Lead is responsible for leading strategic operational initiatives, process implementation, procedural governance, and business capability deployment across the Capital Operations organization.

• Implement new operational capabilities, process standardization, and scalable integration.
• Establish standardized warehouse operating procedures.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Distribution teams.
• Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage warehouse staffing, labor planning, and operational scheduling.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
• Manage warehouse space utilization and storage optimization
• Lead operational readiness for NPIs, system deployments, and strategic rollouts.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, and readiness plans; facilitate executive reporting.
• Drive change management, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage program delivery - timelines, risks, resources, continuous improvement, and scaling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of operational excellence or transformation leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ERP transformation experience preferred.
