• Collaborate with the Clinical Supply Chain Director to meet inventory turn and departmental performance goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of supply chain staff, including scheduling, workflow management, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee timely distribution and delivery of medical and surgical supplies to clinical areas.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through establishing and monitoring reorder points, par levels, and usage patterns, ensuring minimal stock-outs and waste.
• Manage supply movement and utilization data to identify improvement opportunities, including expanding the use of consignment inventory.
• Support supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in various systems and ensure compliance with control processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to anticipate supply needs and resolve product availability issues swiftly.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to uphold high standards of supply chain management practices.
• Serve as a hands-on resource for resolving day-to-day supply issues and implementing process improvements.
• Assist with managing supply substitutions, stock coverage, and vendor relations to adapt to supply disruptions.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related education or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of related healthcare experience, with progressive responsibility in clinical supply distribution or materials management.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct staff management experience within healthcare supply operations.
• Strong knowledge of clinical supply chain procedures, including PAR management, min/max levels, expiration handling, and inventory control.
• Proven experience managing inventory across multiple product lines in healthcare environments such as ambulatory surgery centers or hospitals.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems such as People Soft, Track Core, or Par Excellence, and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, especially during site ramp-up phases.
• Certifications such as CMRP and experience with Epic or other scheduling systems are preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work onsite, including support for stocking and coverage when necessary.
