Affinity Management Services, LLC is an Association Management Company serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County for more than 15 years. We are looking for a temporary full‑time Janitor (custodian) to maintain our building and perform cleaning, maintenance, and security duties.

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• 2+ years janitorial experience
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or GED required
• Willingness to work early morning or late‑night shifts
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
