Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Manages the occupied service request process, ensuring quality control and timeliness.
- Responsible for make‑ready turn processes for all vacant units, including scheduling, ordering, performing or supervising maintenance, supervising vendors and final quality inspections.
- Oversee required occupied work order and make‑ready documentation and management.
- Responsible for inventory control, keeps a detailed inventory list, and orders supplies and parts every week.
- Responsible for maintenance shop, maintaining adequate stock, keeping it organized, safe, and clean.
- Performs monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure smooth and safe day‑to‑day operations.
- Maintain property exteriors including buildings, trash enclosures, curbs, carports, sidewalks, parking lots and garages.
- Works closely with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor regarding property maintenance, staff, and training.
- Conducts apartment and property inspections regularly.
- Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and co‑workers.
- Other duties may be assigned in support of maintenance goals.
- Minimum of 3 years residential property maintenance experience.
- High school diploma.
- Universal HVAC certification required.
- Previous experience implementing a preventive maintenance program.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, etc.) and a willingness to learn new software.
- Able to work after business hours as necessary for emergency calls and maintenance emergencies.
