Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician at The Ben, you are a guardian of our property's elegance and functionality. Your expertise ensures that every guest experiences seamless comfort, from the polished lobbies to the rooftop pool, Proper Grit, and Spruzzo lounge. This role blends technical skill with a passion for excellence, precision, and attention to detail. You are essential in maintaining the hotel's luxury standards, responding quickly to needs, and creating an environment where every space tells a flawless story.

What You'll Do

* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

* Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction.

* Support the upkeep of all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, pool, rooftop lounge, and back-of-house operations.

* Document maintenance activities and report any property concerns to management.

* Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain high standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.

* Assist with preventive maintenance programs to keep equipment and facilities operating efficiently.

Who You Are

* Skilled in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
