About The Role
- Support the Sales Manager in motivating and coaching the sales team.
- Conduct live call monitoring and provide performance feedback.
- Reinforce best practices during team huddles and meetings.
- Track KPIs and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining floor coverage.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of call center or insurance sales supervisory experience (required).
- Understanding of life insurance products and sales KPIs.
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Florida 2‑15 Life, Health & Annuities License.
