Job Description

Meta Power Solutions is scaling rapidly, and we are seeking experienced Division Sales Managers to lead our specialized sales divisions. We are looking for leaders to head our EPC/Project Division
, Distribution Division
, Utility/Bid Division, and Manufacturers rep Division
. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and be responsible for building, training, and managing a team of Sales Reps and Junior Reps to dominate your specific market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Sales Reps and Junior Sales Reps specific to your division.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement the sales strategy defined by the Director of Sales, ensuring your team hits specific revenue and activity targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the accuracy of your division’s forecast. Ensure CRM hygiene and deal velocity from quote to close.
  • Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and call coaching to improve rep performance.
  • Market Focus:
  • EPC Division: Coordinate complex, engineering-driven project sales with heavy operations involvement.
  • Distribution Division: Drive high-volume, transactional sales velocity and inventory program adoption.
  • Utility Division: Manage long‑term RFP processes, vendor approvals, and compliance documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure quoting accuracy and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience in a corresponding market, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
  • Salesforce Experience is highly desirable.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience selling into specific verticals (EPCs, Electrical Distribution, or Utilities, or Manufacturers reps) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales cycles (either project-based or transactional, depending on division).
  • Proficiency in CRM management and sales forecasting.
