, you’ll be at the forefront of operations, leading the team, driving revenue, and ensuring every member has an exceptional experience.
The Studio Manager (SM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, sales, team management, and recruiting top-tier coaches. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and sales acumen to drive membership growth, build brand awareness, maintain operational excellence, and cultivate a strong community. The SM will work closely with the operations and coaching teams to ensure a seamless experience for both members and staff.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth- Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail revenue
- Develop and execute strategies to hit monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Build relationships with prospective members to increase conversions
- Lead community outreach and partnership initiatives to attract new members
- Ensure smooth daily operations and a clean, organized facility
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and inventory
- Monitor and report key performance metrics, including attendance, retention, and revenue
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vendor relationships
- Hire, train, and manage front desk and operations staff
- Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality coaches
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high performance and engagement
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that aligns with Alpha Fit Club’s values
- Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure alignment between training and operations
- Ensure an exceptional experience for all members and guests
- Handle member feedback, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally
- Implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention
- Lead by example, maintaining high energy and enthusiasm in the studio
- Proven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong sales background with a track record of hitting revenue targets
- Experience in recruiting and developing fitness professionals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with gym management software and basic financial reporting
- Passion for fitness and building strong communities
- Full-time role with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
