Position:
Permanent Custom Residential Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead custom residential construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of custom residential construction projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to foster a positive work environment.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.Make critical decisions under pressure and resolve issues that arise during construction.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.Manage project budgets, tracking and reporting all financial aspects.Foster strong client relationships and promote repeat business.Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably custom residential.Proven leadership skills and experience motivating a team.Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex information to stakeholders.Strong decision-making abilities under pressure.Proficiency in project scheduling and ensuring project completion within timelines.In-depth understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Preferred degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.Benefits
