My client, a well-established contractor specializing in concrete restoration and waterproofing, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project execution and field operations across the region. This role is ideal for a senior construction professional with a strong track record managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining profitability on complex exterior envelope projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restoration and waterproofing projects
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Implement best practices in project controls, forecasting, and margin management
• Collaborate with estimating and business development on scopes and bids
• Track performance metrics related to quality, safety, and financial outcomes
• Identify and implement process improvements across the operations team
• Lead recruiting, evaluation, and development of field personnel

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction operations experience, ideally in restoration or waterproofing
• Proven leadership managing teams and portfolios of $20M+ annually
• PMP certification required
• Strong financial and project management system proficiency (Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Competitive base salary up to $170,000
