• Communicate effectively with the general manager to identify daily, weekly, and monthly goals and to ensure business needs are met, and communicate clearly to all team members to assure tasks are completed on time and effectively.
• Responsible for all inventory metrics.
• Responsible for executing merchandise planograms.
• Coach, manage, and develop the customer service, shipping, inventory, and repair teams.
• Work well with the management team and assist other managers to resolve customer-related issues quickly.
• Exhibit 2nd Swing’s core values every day, including support to sales and fitting teams.
• Delegate as well as work alongside team members.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and processes.
• Willingly meet deadlines and goals to assure day-in, day-out success.

This candidate will be a great team leader who excels at coaching and encouraging all team members. The right individual will have a high-energy, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop themselves. You will be expected to work 40–45 hours a week on a varied schedule, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Starting pay range is $62,000 - $92,000 based on prior experience.
